Policy of related-party transactions

Then Bank’s policy as regards procedures of defining related parties of the Bank, their identification, as well as control and supervision over related party transactions is described in the Regulation on Related Party Transactions of Ukrgasbank OJSB, approved by the Supervisory Council of the Bank.

Then key guiding principle underlying the definition and identification of related parties of the Bank, as well as control and supervision over related party transactions is priority of content over form, i.e. connections and influence over legal form of relations.
